Meanwhile, the Clarity Act digital assets regulation bill cleared the Senate Banking Committee Thursday. "The legislation still faces several procedural hurdles, including a full Senate vote requiring bipartisan support before heading to House reconciliation and eventual presidential approval," Morrison says.
